I have an all-inclusive practice: I work with a wide range of individuals, and do not discriminate against anyone regardless of any characteristic, demographic, trait, identity or preference whatsoever.

I see clients via telehealth and in person in the Santa Rosa/Sebastopol area.

Insurance

I currently accept the following insurance through the Headway health care provider platform:

Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Shield, Anthem EAP-Bank of America, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon, Cigna, Horizon, Kaiser of Northern California, Kaiser Medicare, Magellan, Oxford, Quest, United Healthcare, and United Healthcare Medicare Advantage.

This list is subject to change, so please inquire to confirm coverage or to inquire if you don’t see your provider here.

Some insurance providers will do reimbursement for private pay. Please inquire with your insurance company if this is something you wish to pursue. I can provide superbills that may be submitted in cases where the insurance provider reimburses.

I do accept private pay clients.

I have a limited number of sliding scale spaces available in my practice in order to serve individuals of various economic means. Please inquire if this is you.
